Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Made-to-order products are created specifically after purchase, so change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method.
